Learn With Us

Whether you're picking up a needle for the first time or looking to refine your skills, our classes offer hands-on learning in a relaxed, supportive environment. We keep class sizes small so everyone gets the attention they need.

📋 Skill Levels Explained

  • Beginner: No prior experience needed. We'll start from the basics and go at a comfortable pace.
  • Intermediate: You should be familiar with basic sewing (threading, straight stitches, using a pattern).
  • Advanced: For experienced sewers ready for complex techniques or specialized projects.
  • All Levels: Everyone welcome. We'll adapt instruction to your experience.

🎒 What to Bring

Each class listing includes a specific supply list. In general, you should bring:

  • The supplies listed for that class
  • A notebook or phone for notes
  • Reading glasses if you use them
  • A snack or drink for longer classes

We provide sewing machines and basic tools. If you'd like to bring your own machine, just let us know when you register.

💳 Registration & Payment

Class registration requires full payment to secure your spot. We accept all major credit cards through our secure online registration. Payment is due at the time of registration.

After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with class details, location, and what to bring.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

  • 7+ days before class: Full refund or transfer to another class
  • 3–6 days before class: 50% refund or full transfer credit
  • Less than 3 days: No refund, but you may transfer to a future class (one time)

If we cancel a class due to low enrollment or instructor availability, you'll receive a full refund or transfer credit.

👥 Class Sizes

We keep classes small (typically 4–8 students) so you get personalized attention. Each class listing shows the maximum capacity and remaining seats.

Minimum enrollment is usually 3 students. If a class doesn't meet minimum enrollment, we'll contact you at least 3 days before to offer alternatives.

♿ Accessibility

Our classroom is on the main floor with accessible entrance. If you have specific needs or concerns, please contact us before registering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities when you register.
