Pricing & Quotes
All prices listed on our website and in our shop are starting prices. Final pricing will be confirmed after review of materials, design complexity, and project scope.
Many projects vary based on specifics. We're always happy to provide a personalized quote before you commit to a project.
Deposits
- A deposit may be required for custom work, quilting, bulk orders, or specialty items.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion, before pickup.
Customer-Supplied Items
Customer-supplied garments, fabrics, and materials are accepted at customer's risk. While we take great care with every item, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing defects or damage
- Shrinkage or dye issues
- Material failure or degradation
- Items that don't respond well to our processes
If we notice a potential issue before starting work, we'll contact you to discuss options.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days, depending on project type and our current workload. More complex projects may require additional time.
Rush service may be available for an additional fee. Please ask when you drop off your project.
Pick-Up Policy
Customers will be notified by phone or email when orders are complete and ready for pickup.
Items not picked up within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees. Items left more than 90 days may be considered abandoned.
Service Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If you need to cancel before work begins, please contact us as soon as possible.
Class Registration & Cancellation
Class registration requires full payment to secure your spot. Our cancellation policy:
- 7+ days before class: Full refund or transfer to another class
- 3–6 days before class: 50% refund or full transfer credit
- Less than 3 days before class: No refund, but you may transfer to a future class (one time only)
If we cancel a class due to low enrollment or instructor availability, you'll receive a full refund or transfer credit. Your choice.
Design & Setup Fees
For embroidery and heat press projects:
- Artwork setup or customization: $10–$30
- New design creation: $25–$75
These fees apply when we need to digitize, recreate, or significantly modify artwork for your project.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our craftsmanship, please let us know within 7 days of pickup and we'll make it right.
This guarantee covers our workmanship, not issues with customer-supplied materials or normal wear and tear.
Privacy
Your contact information is used only to communicate about your projects, classes, and (if you opt in) our newsletter. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
